How Game Are You Return Policy

All efforts will be taken to be fair and reasonable.

WHAT can be returned?
CHANGE OF MIND PURCHASES – SEALED. These can be returned for a full refund providing the shrink wrap is still sealed and you supply proof of purchase. We will give a full refund for the cost of the game including any extra fees for merchant fees etc. We will not refund the shipping cost to you as you changed your mind, and you will be responsible for return shipping to us.

CHANGE OF MIND – OPENED GOODS. We cannot offer a try-before-you-buy service and we will not on-sell goods that have been opened, so we regret to inform that if goods are not in the factory sealed packaging, we can only assumed it has been physically handled in some personal way, so we cannot receive or refund purchases like this as they are now unsaleable goods, and are no fault of our own. We do apologise for this because we wish we had a type of product that would allow unlimited and unquestioned returns, but in the current COVID circumstances of heightened awareness and products destroyed where there is any tangible or unknown risk, we feel we have to comply and this means if you opened and handled the product, it is not returnable. Again apologies.

FAULTY PRODUCT. If parts are missing or damaged, replacements will be sent to you rather than you return the product. Simply supply a description of the item and photo of your damaged items and replacements will be sent at no cost to you. Contact Customer Service on [email protected] for liaison.

WHEN do items need to be returned by?
Shipped/returned back to us within 30 days of your received date with proof of purchase/ re-shipping.

Store Credit for Change of Mind Purchases. Faulty Goods will be replaced by us and shipped to you.

PHYSICAL returns?
Items can be personally returned to Balgowlah in Sydney if you want to avoid freight costs. Email customer service first to agree on the transaction plus time and location. [email protected]

PACKING materials?
Returned goods must be shipped in sufficient packaging to ensure safe and undamaged return. If the goods are already damaged, please send a photo to customer service before to agree on the return terms.
