WHAT can be returned?
Change of Mind Purchases. These can be returned for a full refund providing the shrink wrap is still sealed and you supply proof of purchase.
Faulty Product. If parts are missing or damaged, replacements will be sent to you rather than you return the product. Simply supply a description of the item and photo of your damaged items and replacements will be sent at no cost to you. Contact Customer Service on [email protected] for liaison.

CREDIT for returns?
Store Credit for Change of Mind Purchases. Faulty Goods will be replaced by us and shipped to you.

Returned goods must be shipped in sufficient packaging to ensure safe and undamaged return. If the goods are already damaged, please send a photo to customer service before to agree on the return terms.
